We were both born in 1995, and until a few years ago, we were just ordinary office workers in Tokyo.Today, we run a construction company.
It might sound unexpected, but there’s a clear reason behind it.
Our representative, Ohashi Ayaka, had been involved in architecture since her university days. Through years of experience, she witnessed many homeowners being misled by dishonest real estate agents and consultants—spending far more money than necessary and ending up far from the happiness they imagined. Seeing that reality made us believe we could do things differently, and more honestly.
We don’t build “dream homes.”
We build homes that grow as assets while you live in them.
Through the concept of dual-purpose homes—where part of your house can be rented out—we aim to help people live comfortably today while also preparing for a stable future.
Many people see buying a home and working to pay off a 35-year mortgage as the only path in life. But we believe it’s okay to question that “normal.” Our approach, the Mino-take way of building homes, is about staying true to what really matters. We value sincerity over showiness and focus on creating what each person truly needs in their life.
With honest craftsmanship, we want every homeowner we meet to feel genuine happiness in the home we build together.Through our work, we hope to expand what “living” can mean—and to show working people like us that there are other paths to a fulfilling life.
As the homebuilder that doesn’t build dream homes, we stay true, grounded, and dedicated to the happiness of every homeowner we serve.

Ddual-purpose home
A dual-purpose home is a house where you live in part of the building while renting out the other part.Within one property, there are both a private living space and a rental space, allowing you to balance daily living with rental income.
Unlike a typical home, where you simply pay off a mortgage, a dual-purpose home is designed to generate income while you live in it. It’s a new kind of home that lets you both live comfortably today and build assets for the future—a place where “living” and “growing” can truly coexist.
Ryokan
Ryokan is a type of lodging designed to welcome guests for short stays, offering both comfort and a memorable experience.
Coto is Mino-take Construction’s ryokan brand, reimagined for modern needs while staying true to the essence of traditional ryokan hospitality.
What we create are buildings that are fundamentally designed to function as apartments, yet can be operated as ryokan throughout the year.
By avoiding excessive decoration and focusing on simple, timeless design and practical layouts,
we create ryokan that are comfortable for guests and easy for owners to manage.
Garage House
The garage-style home was created from the idea of enjoying everyday life while generating income.
While fulfilling the owner’s passion for cars, motorcycles, and outdoor gear, the upper floors are used as rental units to support a stable household budget and long-term asset building.
With a design that balances lifestyle and practicality, we aim to create homes where the lifestyle itself becomes lasting value.
Loft-Style Apartment
A loft-style apartment is an investment-focused property characterized by its open design and integrated loft space.
By utilizing vertical space, it offers a comfortable living environment suitable for one or two residents.
We prioritize proximity to train stations and overall accessibility, building only in locations where stable, long-term rental income can be expected.
Unlike a ryokan, it does not need to be located in the very center of the city, allowing for a more moderate budget while still aiming for steady and reliable returns.
