Ayaka Ohashi

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture.
During her university years, Ayaka broadened her perspective through launching an inbound tourism business and embarking on a solo trip around the world.
After graduation, she worked for a major telecommunications company, but marriage led her to reflect deeply on her future — and ultimately guided her into the world of architecture.

Through her experience in construction, she came to understand the power of architecture to transform lives and the importance of integrity in every organization.

Having built her own dual-purpose home, she now embodies the idea of living while building assets. With a belief in “building only what truly benefits the homeowner,”
Ayaka continues to uphold the founding philosophy that defines Mino-take Construction.

Executive Director

Kenta Ohashi

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture.
After studying abroad during his university years, Kenta joined a trading company upon graduation.

He worked in Tokyo for about two years, then spent four years stationed in Shanghai, China.
After returning to Japan, he left the company and reunited with Ayaka, whom he had known since high school.

Sharing her vision and approach to work, he joined Mino-take Construction. Together, their youth and energy drive a sincere approach to homebuilding — one that stays close to every client and their story.
